Terms of Use Agreement for Anynote.co

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Anynote.co website and mobile app (the "Service") operated by Anynote.co ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You may not use the Service to:

• Post, upload, or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

User Content

By posting, uploading, or transmitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Service and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights in and to your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any User Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication.
